Rules For PvPvE
All these rules are subject to a temp or permanent ban in accordance to the admins Discretion. Admins decision is final! Lying to an Admin is not permitted and if found to be doing so a warning will be issued. No racial or ethical nor religious names, conversations and remarks should be made at any time. If you are submitting a complaint make sure you have evidence to back up your argument! This would include screenshots of tribe log, Screen shots of in game events (with time stamp; press H in game) as well as video evidence. No evidence no case! Please note these rules are a guide line and is at admin/s deaccession
NO PVE C4 PLANTING
Simply do not place C4 during PvE, this includes on dino/s, buildings or on the floor close to building/s of other tribe/s during PvE; if found doing so you will be subject to a warning or ban.
KEEP CHATS FRIENDLY AND RESPECTFUL
As stated let’s keep the chat friendly and respectful, the use of swear words is allowed but keep it to a minimum and do not use them to insult other players or staff. Do not spam the chat, this is just being annoying and disrespectful to the other players, this also includes using all caps in global chat. Harassment of any kind will not be allowed and will lead to warnings/ ban if done so.
PVP TIME IS 6PM TO 10PM SOUTH AFRICAN TIME EVERY NIGHT
If this was not obvious enough no PvE raiding is allowed, no PvE C4 planting as mentioned, but this also includes no dropping of wild dino/s into other people’s bases to destroy the base or attack dino/s. No blockading a base during PvE, so no placing your dino/s in front of another tribes bases to prevent their movement in and out of the base OR to prevent the raiding of said base during PvP. You may NOT drop your raid dino/s into another player’s base during PvE to gain any sort of advantage during raiding hours. You may NOT go into a person base during PvE with the intention of raiding them during PvE, this means you can not go into a base in PvE and throw out a dino/ Plant C4 or destroy anything with the intention of Raiding the base during PvP! This also means you can not hide/log out in a person base during PvE to wait to raid them in PvP time.The exception to this rule, if a player left their doors open and chests unlocked you are allowed to steel resources or loot from them, but without damage of dino/s or property.
NO BUILDING ON OBELISKS OR MISSION AREAS OR PLAYER SPAWNS!
CAVE BUILDING AND ABERRATION SURFACE ENTRANCE BUILDING
No Building in caves that contain Artifacts (You can build a bed for re-spawning), nor are you allowed to build in locations that contain an artifact and restrict access to it (Such as Ice Palace on Center). You may not build in underwater caves that contain artifacts either, but you can build a bed for re-spawning as mentioned. Building in these locations will result in the building being demolished without notice!
You may NOT block out ANY of the Aberration surface entrances what so ever, people must be able to move freely between the surface and the underworld!

Occasionally special events will be hosted on the server to encourage player interaction and a fun time all round. These events have their own set of rules however all normal server rules will still apply when playing on/ interacting on the servers! Check 📜event-details for more..
TRIBE NAME RULES
Please note all TRIBE NAMES must be the SAME on ALL maps across the GSG Ark cluster, if you have a tribe on say Ragnarok called “MARVEL” then on ALL maps they tribe must be called “MARVEL”
1) -If you in the same tribe as another player but do not own the tribe however are in the same tribe as this player on all maps you will also need the same name, so for example: SpiderMAN is in “MARVEL” tribe on Rag but is in Batmans tribe on Crystal isles, both tribes have the same members and all need to be called “MARVEL”
2)-If you are in another tribe with ALL different members on another map and are the OWNER the tribe still needs to be called your main tribe name! HOWEVER if you are in a all different member tribe and NOT the owner you will need to take that tribes name on that map only!
3) – Alliance tribes can have different names, so “MARVEL” can be in an alliance with “DC UNIVERSE” and its ok!
If you are unsure about what your tribe name would need to be across all servers please contact and admin to assist you!
ALSO you need to have the same name on ALL servers if you ever want to use the 30 day raid protection! This is because your tribe name is announced under protections and need to be the same on all servers for it to be in effect!!
RIGHT OF ADMISSION
Owner and Admin Reserves the right of admission. Rules maybe be altered at any time with notice thereof!
WARNING SYSTEM
First Warning – First strike of any rule broken.
Second Warning – Any rule broken after 1st rule broken
Third/Final Warning – Same as Second Warning; can lead to a one/two week ban off server.
Any additional strike thereafter the third warning will result in a permanent ban that can be appealed if evidence suggests the ban was unlawful or done unjustly.
BANS AND APPEALING BANS
Temporary bans (one or two week bans) can be appealed though messaging the admin, after being unbanned you may NOT raid for an additional week there after!! Permanent bans will NOT be appealed by the Admin however you can message the server Owner to attempt to have the ban appealed.
ALL SERVER WIPERS WILL BE BANNED IMMEDIATLY AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO APPEAL THEIR BAN!!
DO NOT ADVERTISE OTHER SERVERS!!
Please do not advertise other discord servers/Ark servers on our server or recruit players for other servers other than the GSG Ark server, if you are found to be doing so you will be kicked/banned!
